About Monli
Monli is an iOS application for tracking and managing personal subscriptions, developed by Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan, registered in Georgia (ID 306457303).
App Usage
Monli is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application.
Premium and Billing
Monli offers optional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase (Monli Pro) via the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to all premium features with no recurring charges.
Data Accuracy
Monli relies on data you manually enter. The developer is not responsible for the accuracy of subscription information, payment amounts, or billing dates entered by the user.
No Warranties
Monli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including missed payments or financial losses.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of Monli and monli.app are the property of Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
